Jamie Clark and Dore Coller Rock Sebastiani On The Square Once Again in the Beautiful Sonoma Wine Country! Jamie Clark suddenly all around the Bay Area before departing for Nashville!
On May 17th 2003, a packed house at Sebastiani On The Square in Sonoma once again got to see Jamie Clark and Dore Coller do their thang. Singer, musician and songwriter Jamie Clark and his partner Mandolin/Guitar player Dore Coller rocked the SOS with Jamie's songs. "People are getting pretty used to me doing my shows now with Dore and also really enjoy a lot of my songs being played on piano. In the City it is usually hard to do my slow ballads on piano because the crowds are usually to loud and raucous, but now maybe things are changing with the economy and such, that folks really want to hear songs with meaning and passion not just covers". "I am able to play my original material on both piano and guitar and the people love it." Jamie and Dore not only focused on playing Jamie's songs, but also did throw in a few crowd favorite covers too, ranging from Van Morrison's "Crazy Love", Bruce Springsteen's, "Fire" and John Denver's "Country Road" just to name a few, and had a blast again with the SOS visitors.
Because of Jamie's success at Sebastiani On The Square, he will be doing several more shows in Sonoma through the Summer and Fall at the SOS as well as at the new Marriott Lodge and Dinner Shows at the famous Della Santina restaurant. Jamie is also taking his shows on the road to a club near you. Calistoga, Napa, Marin, San Francisco, Modesto, the East Bay and Sacramento will be just some of his stops through the summer and fall. After playing for several years in the San Francisco Bay Area, before the new recording takes place in Nashville which has been delayed to early fall, Jamie plans on making a trips to Los Angeles, as well as stops in Texas, Idaho, South Dakota and a show possibly in Calgary Alberta Canada".
"I am very happy with the response people are taking with my songs, and how so many have embraced certain ones like "I'll Be Alright" and "Best Times". "What I do is take my personal experiences I have gone through and write a melody and a few words down, and it works... it always has. People relate to what I am singing about because they have all gone through similar things at one time or another, and maybe more so understand my songs, because of the passion and conviction I exude when I am singing them!"
Thanks for supporting Jamie Clark through the years by continuing to come to his shows and www.JamieClarkMusic.Com. Please see below for new show dates as well visit back periodically to www.JamieClarkMusic.Com to see if he is playing near you!

Jamie Clark's sincerity and voice shine, and loved by San Francisco Giants crowd after audition for National Anthem, but beat out by youngster!
SAN FRANCISCO -- "American Idol" judge Simon Cowell would have loved Saturday's KNBR/Giants Winter FanFest. Actually, the curmudgeonly Brit probably would have hated it.
But the fans who stuck around for the final hour of the kickoff to the Giants' new season certainly enjoyed watching 80 hopefuls audition for the chance to sing the national anthem before a game this year.
Like many of the prospective crooners, singer/songwriter Jamie Clark came to the FanFest knowing about the contest in advance and gunning for one of two winning spots.
"We're proud of our Giants. I should -- well, I'd hope to be singing the national anthem since I've been a season ticket-holder for so long," he said. "I've never sung for my Giants! My great-grandfather played for the 1909 Giants. It's in my blood."
If he made the finals, Clark planned to remind the crowd of the song's significance in light of the space shuttle tragedy earlier in the day. But while he won over the audience with his performance of the first line of the song, he didn't impress the judges enough to be among the final five, which happened to be all female.
Clark said many people sang at a pitch that would have been too high if they'd been performing the entire song, and following those different pitches hampered his effort.
The winners Milla Love and the phenomenal 8-year-old Sarah Lessard, who had the crowd yelling that the contest was over after her mature, impeccable rendition.
FanFest attendees could buy season tickets or group tickets, although single-game sales won't take place until March 1. Despite the lack of individual-game ticket sales, the crowd was significantly larger than in years past, likely due to the new location and the allure of getting a first look at Alou, Grissom, Durham and Alfonzo.
At the sfgiants.com table, fans surfed the Giants' official web site and MLB.com, trying the Perfect Game trivia contest, signing up for free e-mail alerts and newsletters and playing the games found in the Kids' Club section.
In addition to autographs and photos with players, staff and Giants alumni, fans were also treated to a live KNBR broadcast, games, contests and the opportunity to buy or bid on merchandise and learn about various Giants programs, such as Coca-Cola Fan Lot birthday parties, Spring Training tours and Junior Giants baseball.

Jamie's recent recording session at www.laughingtiger.com went very well, and his newest CD "Show Me The Way" is off to a great start! Jamie will be back in the studio again in a couple weeks and the CD should be finished just in time for Christmas!
Jamie Clark and his guitarist Johnny Brite of "The Refractors" performed at the Sweetwater in Mill Valley to a standing room only crowd at the "2001 Best Of The Sweetwater Open Mic with Austin DeLone" Monday night November 12th. Their performance was so good, and so welcomed by the Sweetwater audience, that it may have landed them a headlining show at the Sweetwater soon. They were lucky even to have Pro Drummer, Percussion extraordinaire Tom Ralston sit in on his invention "The Garbage Drum" to add some needed beat.
They opened with "Fleeting Jade", and quickly followed with "Remember Me". By the time they got to their first big number "I'll Be Alright" the crowd began to clap and snap their fingers too the beat Tom Ralston was playing before Jamie sang the first words of the song. One person in the crowd told JamieClarkMusic.Com, "What a thrill it is to see Jamie Clark at such a small venue like the Sweetwater. He really knows how to work the room with his strong stage presence, synchronicity and playfulness with other band members. His music, voice, and words are very engaging and it lets the audience climb into each one of his songs... it feels like he is writing them specifically for each and every one of us."
Jamie's newest song "Show Me The Way" was embraced by the crowd quite nicely and got the strongest ovation.
